Who can attend classes?

Anyone currently working for a company as an employee, whose employer is covering the costs of the class, either directly or indirectly.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our new cancellation/reschedule policy should be as follows:-

  • A person can reschedule a public class one time, up to week before class.
  • Reschedules made less than a week before class are subject to a 50% fee.
  • Classes cannot be rescheduled the day of class, or afterward.
  • Cancellations made more than a week before class will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made less than a week before class are subject to a 50% fee.
  • Classes cannot be cancelled the day of class, or afterward

What if there is a blizzard the day of my class?

We often run our classes in bad weather. But give us a call either the day before or the day of your class, and we can let you know if class is still being held.

How do I know what version of software I have?

Did I sign up for the correct level of class?

If you are concerned that you have signed up for a class that is too hard or basic for you, please email us. We’re happy to answer any questions about class content and talk through your training needs. You can also take our Skills Assessments to help find the class that best fits your skills.

What is provided for training?

If you are taking a class at one of our training centers, you will be provided with a computer for use during the class (if applicable), as well as training materials.

What are the payment options?

You can easily pay by credit card online or via phone. If you would prefer to be invoiced, you will first need to be set up as a corporate account with us. Please have your Account Receivables department contact us to set that up by calling us at 303-383-1627 or e-mailing us at

Is there an instructor in the classroom with us or are we on a virtual terminal with a remote instructor?

If you are coming to one of our training centers, we do have a live instructor physically there with you in the classroom. Although we offer a select few of our classes in a virtual model, we believe in the benefit of having an instructor there with you, to discuss questions and topics specific to your needs, and to be able to be there next to you, to assist you when needed. Our virtual classes are listed as just that, so there will never be any confusion on which type of class you are taking.

Retakes – Policy and how to schedule

Retake classes cannot be transferred to other students

Retakes are not available for classes that were cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or were a no show.
Retakes will be void if you do not show for your scheduled re-take class.
