Disaster Recovery – Risk vs. Responsibility

Disaster Recovery planning is one of the most important functions of IT, but addressing the issue in a way that fits budgeting constraints and aligns with the overall business plan, can be a very challenging. Many companies use too little or too much budget for their needs, and even worse, some companies simply don’t have a plan at all.

Cancelation Policies: All classes can be canceled for a refund (minus a $20 credit card processing fee), or rescheduled to a different class at no charge, up to 48 hours prior to the class. After 48 hours, no refund will be granted.

Re-take policies: We want to ensure that you get the most from your class, including a chance to better understand the information learned. If you feel like you need more time or a refresher on the information covered, you can re-take the same course, 1 additional time (within 1 year from the original class), at no cost. Re-take classes cannot be transferred to other students and will be void if you do not show for your scheduled re-take class. Re-take classes can only be scheduled if you took the original class – re-takes are not available for classes canceled within the 48 hours prior to a class, or that were a no show.

To schedule a re-take class, call to reserve a spot at 303-383-1627 ext. 5, and let us know you are re-taking a class at the time of reservation. We will confirm your previous attendance and reservation, then confirm you for the same upcoming class, based on space availability.
