Online Training Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
We charge $90 per 55 minute block of time. Please log into the system 15 minutes before you are scheduled to begin to make the most of your time.
Is it really live and interactive?
Yes! A live trainer will work directly with you, using webinar technology that allows sharing screens. The instructor will be able to watch your screen as you interactively learn about the software.
Can I ask questions or work on my own documents?
Yes! Either write questions in the notes field of the online registration form, reply to the confirmation email with questions, or simply bring them to the training session. We're happy to look at your specific documents and walk you through any changes you wish to make. Some questions may take longer than others, and some documents can be very complex. The trainer may need to schedule additional time to answer all requests.
Do I need a high speed internet connection?
Yes, Online training requires a high speed internet connection. Most internet services are sufficient, but dial-up and 3G connections will likely lead to a choppy experience.

Do I need special software on my computer?
As you sign into the webinar system a small client software will be installed on your computer. This may require assistance from your IT administrator if your company has high security standards.
