PowerPoint Training Class Goal: Understanding the new 2007 features and utilization. This course is recommended even for past PowerPoint users. It will focus on working with the new 2007 tools to learn the new way to accomplish tasks that might have been done with older versions of PowerPoint.
PowerPoint Course Outline: Using the Ribbon, navigating to accomplish tasks, viewing and using the new design templates, using the designer-quality SmartArt diagrams, tools & affects, old functions with new tricks, Galleries, Microsoft Office button, using Slide Libraries, defining, saving & using custom slide layouts, using document themes, reducing presentation file size, security.
Prerequisite for PowerPoint Course: ability to use a mouse (click, double-click, right-click, click-and-drag) and ability to type on a keyboard.
