One Case History demonstrates our commitment clearly: A law firm with internal IT resources called at the 11th hour to repair a downed server. MCS arrived at 1 pm Thursday and left at 9 am the next morning. We restored full operation and created a proactive maintenance task duty list shared by internal resources and MCS. We also implemented the Critical Maintenance Life Cycle to identify and head off future problems, perform strategic planning and maintain stability-based on complete understanding of the environment. Our program enabled internal resources to tackle projects proactively, instead of constantly putting out fires.
