This class builds on the concepts taught in Access Basic and covers more advanced features with the program. The class does not cover VBA or SQL integration concepts.

Training Class Goal

Students coming from this class will have skills for developing more advanced Access databases and extracting advanced reports from their databases.

Prerequisites

Basic Access skills including: navigation, creating and using databases in both design and datasheet view, creating basic reports, queries and forms.

Upcoming Classes

Microsoft Access 2007 and 2010 are very similar. Students with either version should be comfortable in this combined class.

Access 2003 is very different from 2007 and 2010. Students with 2003 should take classes taught in that version.
