Small class sizes

Our average class size is only 5 students, and we cap enrollment at 12 for computer classes or 30 in management and communication. Small class sizes mean each student gets more attention from the instructor and leaves more time for questions.

One on one Attention

Our instructors will work with you to make sure all your questions get answered.

Hands-on, Experience Learning

We don't offer large conference-style training where students passively listen to a speaker. All of our courses involve hands-on interaction, so you can immediately try out your new skills.

All Live Training

Our Instructor led classes on our open enrollment calendar are all live classes. An instructor presents the material in an interactive and engaging way, and the instructor is available for questions. We do not use or offer mentored learning, or ghost instructor products.

Custom Training Materials

For many of our classes, we've developed our own training materials. Our instructors and students agree that they offer better examples in a more organized and coherent way than the stock materials most training companies use. Our training manuals have even been published and are sold internationally.

Class Retakes

If you need to retake a class you've already attended, you're welcome to take it for free up to a year.
